I have over seven years of hands-on experience with every service I offer — from data transfers and malware removal to building custom PCs and homelab setups. I’m a graduate of a local tech school, where I spent four years building a strong foundation in hardware, software, and support.
Most recently, I worked as an IT technician supporting over 200 State Farm offices across Pennsylvania, maintaining and servicing more than $500,000 worth of equipment. That role sharpened how I think about uptime, consistency, and doing the job right the first time — and I bring that mindset to every house call.
